As an HR consultant and lifelong learner, HR isn't just my profession… it’s my superpower. With a Master’s in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor’s in Psychology, SHRM-CP certification, two coaching certifications (Career and Small Business), and over a decade of start-up experience, I bring a unique blend of expertise, practical tools, and big-picture strategy.

I started Stout HR because I genuinely love helping people and businesses grow. I roll up my sleeves and support the areas many prefer to avoid: tough conversations, employee conflict resolution, compensation discussions, engagement challenges, process design, and ever-changing compliance landscapes.

Over the years, I’ve helped businesses double their team size through targeted talent acquisition strategies, modernize out-of-date handbooks, build employee development processes people actually enjoy, train leaders on feedback and performance management, and tackle the employee challenges every business owner dreads.
