I founded Stout HR to give business owners practical HR support without the cost or commitment of a full-time HR department. Whether you're navigating a difficult employee situation, building your first handbook, hiring key talent, developing leaders, or simply looking for a trusted sounding board, my goal is to make the people side of business feel less overwhelming and a whole lot more fun.

Over the years, I've become an “easy button” for company owners to grow their teams, modernize HR practices, strengthen leadership, improve employee engagement, develop compensation strategies, and navigate workplace situations.

I hold a Master's degree in Human Resource Management, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, SHRM-CP certification, and certifications in Career Coaching and Small Business Coaching. With more than a decade of startup and small-business experience, I bring practical expertise, thoughtful strategy, and a people-first perspective to every client relationship.
